Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/3 c
- butter or margarine - 1 c
- water - 2 tsp
- sifted flour - 2 c
- chopped pecans or walnuts - 1 c
How to make sandies:
Cream butter and sugar; add water and vanilla. Mix well. Blend in flour and nuts. Roll into balls or shape into fingers. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 325° for 20 minutes.
