  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • margarine - 1 c
  • white sugar - 1 c
  • crushed potato chips - 2 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream margarine and sugar well. Beat in eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Mix in potato chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Makes 7 1/2 to 8 dozen cookies. I usually only get 6 dozen.
