- milk
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- cocoa
- French vanilla instant pudding - 2 item
- Karo syrup - 2 tsp
- box graham crackers - 1 item
How to make eclair dessert:
Frosting:1/4 c. cocoa2 tsp. Karo syrup2 1/2 Tbsp. water2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla Mix pudding with 3 1/3 cups milk. Fold in dairy whipped cream. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place layer of crackers on bottom, alternating with pudding and crackers and ending with crackers. Make frosting. Cook for 1 minute; add enough confectioners sugar to spread.
