Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- confectioners sugar - 1 item
- soft butter - 1 lb
- ruffled potato chips, coarsely crushed
How to make potato chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 300°. Cream butter and sugar. Slowly blend in flour and vanilla. Gently fold into potato chips. Drop dough by well rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies gently with a wet fork. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, until barely browned. Cool and sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
