- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 3 item
- bell pepper - 1/2 item
- onion - 1 item
- pork ham - 10 lb
- stalks green onions - 3 item
How to make pork roast:
Before pouring gravy over roast, remove fat in bottom of pan. Remove roast from pan and let cool before slicing. Serve with rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
