  • oil - 1 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cloves garlic - 3 item
  • bell pepper - 1/2 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • pork ham - 10 lb
  • stalks green onions - 3 item

How to make pork roast:

Before pouring gravy over roast, remove fat in bottom of pan. Remove roast from pan and let cool before slicing. Serve with rice.
