Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- black pepper - 2 tsp
- green pepper - 1/4 item
- pork loin - 3 4
- straight link pork sausage - 1 item
How to make pork roast:
Freeze pork sausage. Use a butcher knife and cut an X through the roast from end to end and stuff the frozen sausage through the roast. Rub the roast down with the sauce and seasonings. Cut slits in the roast and stuff pieces of green pepper. Bake at 325° for 2 hours in an open pan.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
