- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- salt to taste - 1 item
- small can mushrooms - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 1 c
- can beef broth - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
How to make pork chops and rice:
Brown pork chops; add salt and pepper. After chops are brown, add mushrooms with liquid and the beef broth. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. Add Worcestershire sauce and rice. Continue cooking for 30 to 45 minutes more until rice is done.Recipe categories: Pork chop, Pork, Rice.
