Ingredients/Components
- eggs, well beaten - 4 item
- poppy seed - 1/3 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- cooking sherry - 1/2 c
- small instant vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
- sour cream small carton - 1 item
- Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed
- real lemon juice or vanilla - 2 tsp
How to make poppy seed cake:
Use large mixing bowl. Mix all ingredients by hand until well mixed. Then on high speed for 5 minutes. Bake in a well-greased tube pan in a 325° oven for 1 hour.Icing:1 c. confectioners sugar2 tsp. real lemon juice or vanilla Mix confectioners sugar and real lemon juice or vanilla.
