Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1/2 lb
- popped corn - 4 qt
- marshmallows - 1 lb
- salted nuts - 1 c
- crushed peppermint - 2/3 c
How to make popcorn cake:
Melt butter and marshmallows. Add crushed peppermint and nuts. Pour over popcorn and put in a buttered tube pan. Chill. Cut. Serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
