Polish sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes, sliced - 4 item
- Polish sausage, cut in pieces - 5 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make polish sausage casserole:
Mix all ingredients together in dish. Season with salt and pepper. Bake covered 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Remove cover and bake a little longer if needed.You can substitute wieners or any sausage other than the Polish sausage if you want too. If needed, you can put in a little milk if it's quite sticky.
