- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- Wesson oil - 1 c
- box powdered sugar, sifted - 1 item

How to make plum cake:
In large mixing bowl, mix eggs, sugar, oil and vanilla. Mix with mixer. In separate bowl, sift flour, cloves and cinnamon. Add flour mixture and plums, alternating, until well blended. Grease and flour tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Icing:1 stick butter8 oz. cream cheese1 box powdered sugar, sifted1 tsp. vanilla1 c. chopped pecans Mix all ingredients.
