  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • oil - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • small jars strained plum baby food - 2 item

How to make plum cake:

Cream oil, sugar and eggs. Add flour and spices; stir well and add plums. Bake in a loaf pan at 350° for 60 minutes or tube pan for 60 minutes. Cover it with foil before baking and remove foil 15 minutes before done. Ice with any icing or sprinkle with powdered sugar after removing from pan.
