Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- oil - 1 c
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- cloves - 1 tsp
- jars baby food plums with tapioca - 2 1/2
How to make sugar plum cake:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a generously greased 10-inch Bundt pan, coated with sugar (generously). Bake at 325° for 1 hour, until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serves 12.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Plums.
