  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • jars baby food plums with tapioca - 2 1/2

How to make sugar plum cake:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into a generously greased 10-inch Bundt pan, coated with sugar (generously). Bake at 325° for 1 hour, until done. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serves 12.
