  • yellow cake mix - 2 pkg
  • instant pistachio pudding - 1 pkg
  • club soda - 1 c
  • pistachio pudding instant

How to make pistachio cake:

Frosting:1 pt. whipping cream1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding Combine all ingredients and blend well. Grease and flour tube or Bundt pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 45 minutes or until done.

To frost, combine whipping cream, beaten well, with the pudding.
