  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • pistachio instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • ground nuts - 1/2 c

How to make pistachio cake:

Mix the last 4 ingredients to form crumbs. Mix the first 3 ingredients. Beat 4 to 5 minutes after adding rest. Pour 1/2 of batter into greased and floured tube pan, then 1/2 of crumbs, then rest of batter and rest of crumbs on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
