Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- Dream Whip - 1 pkg
- small carton cottage cheese - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple undrained - 1 item
- jello strawberry, raspberry or cherry - 1 pkg
How to make pink salad:
Boil pineapple for 2 minutes. Add Jell-O and boil 2 more minutes. Cool; fold in cottage cheese and Dream Whip. Add nuts. Chill until firm.Can use sugar-free jello and sugar-free Estee topping. Also pineapple in own juice and 4% fat cottage cheese for a salad with less fat and calories.
