Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• sour cream - 1/2 pt
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• butter - 1/2 lb
• egg yolks - 4 item
• baking powder
• baking soda - 3/4 tsp
• margarine - 1/4 lb
• cans crushed pineapple - 2 oz
• tapioca or 2 20 oz - 4 5
• Dough:4 1/2 c

How to make pineapple squares:

Cook and cool.Dough:4 1/2 c. flour1 1/2 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. salt3/4 c. sugar1/4 lb. margarine1/2 lb. butter4 egg yolks3/4 tsp. baking soda1/2 pt. sour cream Mix all together and line pan, 11 x 17-inch. Save enough dough for top lattice crust. Dough will be sticky, so work dough in pan by hand. The extra dough, roll out on floured board and cut into strips and make lattice. Bake at 375° for 1/2 hour.
