- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- butter - 1/2 lb
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- shortening - 1/2 c
- large eggs - 6 item
- powdered sugar
- margarine - 1/4 c
- sifted all-purpose flour - 3 c
- crushed pineapple with juice - 3/4 c
- crushed pineapple, well drained - 1 c
How to make pineapple pound cake:
Cream together shortening, butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift together flour and baking powder. Add one spoon at a time alternating with milk.
