Pineapple pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
• flour - 1/4 c
• cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
• cottage cheese - 1 c
• small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• 9-inch pie crust - 1 item

How to make pineapple pie:

Cook pineapple, cornstarch and 1/4 cup sugar until it starts to thicken. Put in pie shell. Mix the other ingredients with mixer; pour over first layer. Bake for 1 hour at 375°.
