- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 c
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- 9-inch pie crust - 1 item
How to make pineapple pie:
Cook pineapple, cornstarch and 1/4 cup sugar until it starts to thicken. Put in pie shell. Mix the other ingredients with mixer; pour over first layer. Bake for 1 hour at 375°.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
