- orange juice
- envelopes unflavored gelatin - 2 item
- packets Equal - 6 item
- can crushed pineapple juice packed - 1 oz
- medium pears, peeled, cored and chopped - 2 item
How to make pineapple-pear mold:
In a small saucepan, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice. Stir in undrained, crushed pineapple and remaining orange juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in pears and Equal and turn mixture into a 6-cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto a plate. Makes 8 servings. Calories per serving: 111.
