Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- nonfat dry milk - 1/4 c
- artificial sweetener - 1 tsp
- slice white bread - 1 item
- pineapple in own juice - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple muffins:
Break bread into small pieces in bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Beat until well mixed. Pour into nonstick muffin cups. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 4 servings.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
