Pineapple muffins
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 3 c
- butter - 3/4 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 oz
- orange extract - 2 Tbsp
- Stir in eggs and mix well
How to make pineapple muffins:
Cream the butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Ice muffins while still hot.Icing:2 Tbsp. milk2 Tbsp. butter2 c. powdered sugar2 Tbsp. orange extract Heat the milk and butter. Add powdered sugar and extract. Mix well.
