Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- small carton Cool Whip - 1 item
- Kraft butter mints, crushed - 1 pkg
How to make pineapple mint freeze:
Stir together first two ingredients, and let stand several hours or overnight. Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Pour in container and freeze (8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch dish works well).
