- pineapple juice
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- soft cream cheese - 8 oz
How to make pineapple delight cake:
Grease 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour cake mix into bowl. Add eggs and pineapple juice from can of crushed pineapple. (If you need more liquid to make up the 1 1/2 cups, add water. If oil is needed in the cake mix, also add.)What time cake is cooking, beat cream cheese, instant pudding mix and milk together until thick. When cake is cooled, spread mixture on top. Spread the crushed pineapple on top of pudding mixture. Top the cake with whipped topping.
