Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- large can chunk pineapple, drained - 1 item
- grated sharp or medium cheese - 1 c
- stack Ritz Crackers, crumbled - 2/3 item
How to make pineapple delight:
Pour drained pineapple into greased casserole dish. Mix together: sugar, cheese, flour and pour over pineapple.Melt margarine. Add Ritz crackers and mix. Put on top of casserole. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 350°. Serve hot.
