  • can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • hot water
  • prepared horseradish - 1/2 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • lemon jello
  • lime jello
  • cream-style cottage cheese - 1 pt

How to make pineapple delight:

Dissolve both packages of jello in water. Add remainder of ingredients and stir well. Pour into mold and chill in refrigerator until firm. Unmold and garnish with lettuce. Serves 8 to 10.
