Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • molasses - 1 Tbsp
  • cooking oil - 1 c
  • raisins - 1 c

How to make oatmeal cookies:

Beat sugar, oil and egg. Add milk and molasses. Combine dry ingredients; add to liquid mixture. Stir in oatmeal, raisins and nuts. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 8 minutes.
