Pineapple casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- can chunk pineapple - 1 oz
- crushed Ritz crackers - 1/2 c
How to make pineapple casserole:
Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Add 3 tablespoons flour to the sugar. Stir in juice and mix well. Fold in pineapple and cheese; mix well.Put in baking dish. Mix crackers with butter; put on top. Bake in 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
