- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 6 Tbsp
- margarine, melted - 1/2 c
- cans crushed pineapple, drained - 2 oz
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- buttery rich cracker crumbs - 1 c
How to make pineapple au gratin:
Combine pineapple and cheese. In a separate bowl, combine sugar and flour. Stir into pineapple mixture. Pour into a 2-quart casserole; top with margarine and crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Cheese.
