  • coconut - 1 pkg
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • can cream of coconut - 1 item
  • Topping:1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 2:1 lb

How to make pina colada cake:

Topping:1 can Eagle Brand milk1 can cream of coconut Topping No. 2:1 lb. Cool Whip1 pkg. coconut Mix all ingredients together in cake pan. (It will be thick and lumpy.) Spread out evenly in pan. Cook at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. While cake is still hot, punch holes in cake and pour first topping all over cake (while cake is baking, mix Eagle Brand milk and cream of coconut together). Let cool and top with Cool Whip and coconut. Keep refrigerated.
