- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- 4 oz - 1 lb
- carton Cool Whip - 1 oz
- can mandarin oranges and juice - 1 oz
- box yellow cake mix not pudding mix type - 1 item
How to make pig pickin cake:
Icing:1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can crushed pineapple1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip Put cake mix, oil, eggs, oranges and juice in bowl. Mix until smooth but no longer. Pour into 3 (8-inch) pans. Bake at 325° for 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes, then turn out of pans and cool thoroughly before icing.Icing: Place instant pudding in bowl. Add pineapple and juice and mix. Fold in Cool Whip. Mix together until well blended. Keep refrigerated.
