• flour - 2 c
• Crisco - 3/4 c
• water approx - 3/8 c

How to make pie crust:

4 Crusts:4 c. flour2 tsp. salt1 1/2 c. Crisco3/4 c. water (approx.) 6 Crusts:6 c. flour3 tsp. salt2 1/4 c. Crisco1 1/8 c. water (approx.) Six crusts is the limit to mix well and have to be careful to get dough mixed well, but not overmixed.
