Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- medium sweet onion, cut in rings - 1 item
- small green pepper, sliced in strips - 1 item
- sliced carrots, cook tender and cool - 5 c
- can bisque soup tomato or cream of potato - 1 item
How to make pickled carrots:
Mix pepper, onion and carrots; mix other ingredients. Pour over and marinate for 12 hours. Keeps a long time in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Low protein, Vegetables, Carrots.
