  • clove garlic - 1 item
  • horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • vinegar white - 5 c
  • hot banana peppers - 1 gal

How to make pickled banana peppers:

Use gloves to handle peppers. Wash and drain peppers. Cut 2 small slits in each pepper. Dissolve salt in gallon water and pour over peppers. Let stand 12 to 18 hours. Drain and rinse. Mix sugar, horseradish, garlic and 3 cups water in vinegar. Simm
