Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 1
- water - 3 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar white - 5 c
- hot banana peppers - 1 gal
How to make pickled banana peppers:
Use gloves to handle peppers. Wash and drain peppers. Cut 2 small slits in each pepper. Dissolve salt in gallon water and pour over peppers. Let stand 12 to 18 hours. Drain and rinse.
