- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 5 c
- cold water - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Crisco - 2 C
- egg, beaten - 1 item
How to make perfect pie crust:
Sift together flour, sugar and salt. Blend with Crisco, egg beaten in measuring cup with cold water added to make 1 cup and vinegar. Mix until damp (makes 5 balls). Pie crust keeps for 2 weeks in refrigerator and longer in freezer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, American.
