Pepperoni pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- Dijon-style mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cherry tomatoes, halved - 1/2 c
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- Italian salad dressing - 3/4 c
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 oz
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 c
- carrot, shredded - 1 item
- sliced ripe olives - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, cubed optional - 3/4 c
- onion, chopped use more or less to taste - 1 item
How to make pepperoni pasta salad:
Combine salad dressing and mustard. Prepare rotini according to package directions; drain. Rinse in cold water; drain. Combine pasta with remaining ingredients. Toss with dressing. Chill. Serves 10 to 12.Recipe categories: Salads, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
