Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- hot peppers - 1/2 c
- bottle Certo - 1 oz
How to make pepper jelly:
Chop peppers. Mix all ingredients except Certo and bring to a rolling boil; stir times one. Remove from heat. Let set for 5 minutes. Add Certo and mix. Pour into hot sterilized jars and seal.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Spreads, Jellies.
