Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 3 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 2/3 c
- flour - 1 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
How to make pecan tarts:
Cream the cheese, margarine and flour together. Press into miniature muffin tins, sides also (makes 24). Blend vanilla, margarine, egg, brown sugar and pecans. Fill tarts 3/4 full. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Place pecans on top and bake 10 minutes longer.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Cheese.
