Pecan sandies
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- butter - 1 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
- sifted flour - 2 c
How to make pecan sandies:
Cream butter and powdered sugar. Add vanilla and water. Add flour. Mix well and add pecans. Form small rolls 1 1/2 inches long. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet in slow oven (300°) for 20 minutes or until delicately brown. While hot, roll in powdered sugar.
