Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine or butter - 4 Tbsp
- pecans
- eggs, slightly beaten - 3 item
- 9-inch unbaked pastry shell - 1 item
- corn syrup light - 1 c
How to make pecan pie:
In a large bowl, stir together first 5 ingredients until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in 350° oven for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool. Serves 8.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
