Pecan crescents
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour, sifted - 2 c
- soft butter or margarine - 1 c
- nuts I use walnuts - 1 c
How to make pecan crescents:
Cream butter or margarine with sugar; add remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill until firm. Roll with your hands, small amounts of the dough, the size of your finger; cut each 1 1/2-inches or 2-inches and shape into crescents. Bake at 350° about 30 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
