  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • dark corn syrup - 1 c
  • butter 2 sticks - 1 c
  • Bake 10 minutes at 350°

How to make pecan bars:

Blend and put in 9 x 13-inch dish. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.Filling:4 eggs1 c. dark corn syrup3/4 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour2 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. salt Beat until frothing, add 1 cup pecans. Pour on hot crust and bake at 325° for 45 minutes. Cool before cutting.
