Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- finely chopped pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan balls:
Cream butter; gradually add sugar. Mix well; add flour mixed with pecans and vanilla. Shape into small balls. Bake at 350° about 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool, then roll in powdered sugar. Makes about 2 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
