Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 1 c
- powdered sugar
- grated pecans - 1 c
How to make pecan balls:
Sift flour and salt together. Cream butter and sugar. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Roll in small balls and bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 275°. Roll in powdered sugar when removed from oven and again when they are cold.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
