  • vinegar - 5 c
  • medium onions - 5 item
  • turmeric - 1 Tbsp
  • mixed spices - 1 Tbsp
  • peck pears - 1 item
  • bell peppers red and green - 6 item

How to make pear relish:

Process all vegetables. Place in large pot. After it begins to boil, cook for 30 minutes. Makes 10 pints.
