Ingredients/Components
- butter 1 stick - 1/2 c
- sugar - 2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- cooking oil - 1/3 c
- flour - 2 c
- water - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 lb
How to make peanut butter sheet cake:
Frosting:1/2 c. butter (1 stick)1/2 c. milk1/2 c. peanut butter1 tsp. vanilla1 lb. powdered sugar Cake: Combine the first four ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour into a bowl with the last six ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased sheet cake pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Frosting: Combine and cook first three ingredients until boiling. Remove from heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Spread on hot cake. Cool.
