Peanut butter pie

Ingredients/Components

• cream cheese - 1 c
• unsalted butter - 2 tsp
• melted semi-sweet chocolate
• superfine granulated sugar - 1 c
• 10-inch prebaked pie shell - 1 item
• jar salt-free peanut butter - 1 oz

How to make peanut butter pie:

Prepare pie shell (if using pre-baked, do nothing other than thaw). Whip cream cheese and sugar together until fluffy. Slowly fold peanut butter into cream cheese and sugar mixture (see note). Melt chocolate over double boiler with butter. Brush inside
