Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • vanilla ice cream - 1/2 gal
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • chunky peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • container Cool Whip - 1 (8
  • graham cracker crusts - 2 item

How to make peanut butter pie:

Blend peanut butter, sugar and cheese until soft. Add Cool Whip. Add ice cream a little at a time. Move quickly so that ice cream does not melt too much. Makes 2 pies. Put in freezer.
