Peanut butter fudge cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 4 6
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
How to make peanut butter fudge cake:
Chocolate Frosting:1/2 c. margarine1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. cocoa4 to 6 Tbsp. milk Combine flour and sugar in large bowl. In saucepan, bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil. Add to the flour mixture along with the rest of the ingredients. Bake in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan at 400° for 20 minutes. While cake is still warm, smooth 1/2 cup peanut butter over the cake.
