Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- cocoa - 2 Tbsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pecans - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- Wesson oil - 1/2 c
- Bring to a boil
How to make chocolate sheet cake:
Combine margarine, cocoa, water and oil. Bring to a boil. Add this to the flour and sugar. In a small bowl, mix the eggs, buttermilk, soda and vanilla. Add to mixture. Bake at 300° for about 20 minutes. Top with icing.Icing:1 stick margarine3 Tbsp. cocoa1/4 c. milk1 box powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1 c. pecans Bring to a boil margarine, cocoa and milk.
